Free use during 2024. (Class set users)

The digital resources for Grammar Conventions 1-6, Spelling Conventions Books K-6, Structured Synthetic Phonics & Spelling F-2 and Maths Boxes Lime, Orange and Aqua are available during the school year for classes/grades that have purchased class sets of a particular book, or a selected Maths Box.

For example: if you purchase a class set of Spelling Conventions Year 4 you are eligible after contacting us with proof of purchase, to receive a login, to use the extensive resources for that level on our website. online@teachers4teachers.com.au

A non-exclusive licence will exist for the current school year between the user and Teachers 4 Teachers Publications Pty Ltd.

Copyright of the many series of books and maths boxes as well as all website materials is owned by Teachers 4 Teachers Publications Pty Ltd who grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the products subject to the terms of this agreement. Copyright of all printed and electronic materials is to be observed at all times. It is illegal to copy or distribute content.

As a user school/class/grade you will be able to:

• Project materials from the website to aid lesson preparation.
• Use materials from the website in a responsible way.
• Use the online teachers’ books.
• Print games from the website.

As a user school you will not be legally able to:

• Infringe print or digital copyright.
• Print pupil book pages from the website.
• Store website material on a retrieval system without a yearly licence.
• Share the login with others.
• Store or share materials after the termination of the agreement. 

Termination Any breach of the terms and conditions under this agreement will result in termination of this agreement.

Warranties

Teachers 4 Teachers Publications makes no warranty in connection to the use of materials. Every school is different and user schools and teachers will need to make up their own minds as to the suitability of materials presented.
